STEPS:
Step 1: Program Design
- Discuss AED Program specific details with the Corporate Administrator
- Policy and Procedure Development / Emergency Response Plans
- AED Response plan customized as needed per facility
- State and Local regulatory review
- Includes AED acquirer requirements validation and protocol integration.
- Identification and verification of regulatory notifications to commence pre and/or post AED deployment.
Step 2: Program Implementation
- AED Deployment to all locations in coordination with agreed upon program launch.
- Schedule AED program introduction Webex (phone conference) with all AED program coordinators to discuss program launch details
- International locations will receive individual phone calls by dedicated account manager to discuss program launch details.
- Issue AED program policy and procedures and AED response plans to each AED Site Coordinator
- Issuance of all required EMS agency notification and registration requirements.
Step 3: Program Maintenance
- PlusTrac™ AED Management program activation
- Issuance of username/password to each AED Site Coordinator
- Issuance of AED specific medical prescription
- All pertinent program data uploaded into the PlusTrac™ application
- AED information
- Volunteer responder certification information
- Issuance of official program launch notification
